GRINN Company Email Marketing / Newsletter Service Terms of Use
By using the GRINN Company Email Marketing / Newsletter service, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions, as well as the company's Anti-Spam Policy.

- Free: GRINN Company's Newsletter service is free for the USER.
- Distinction between SPAM and Newsletter: GRINN Company recognizes the difference between SPAM and Newsletter. SPAM are unsolicited commercial messages that cause inconvenience to the USER. The Newsletter, on the other hand, is an informative bulletin sent only after the USER's request and confirmation, with the aim of providing relevant and interesting information.
3. Service Cancellation
The USER may, at any time, request the cancellation of the Newsletter delivery through a link present in the informative bulletin itself or through the GRINN Company website.
4. Data Storage
USER data will be stored by GRINN Company while the USER's account is active. In case of cancellation of the service, the USER's data will be deleted, except if it is necessary to comply with legal obligations or for internal audit purposes.
5. Consent to Personal Data Processing
By providing their personal data, the USER expressly declares that they consent to GRINN Company processing their data for the following purposes:
- Sending Newsletters;
- Improving the USER's experience with the service;
